Turn Your Print Shop Into a Business That Works for You, with Stan Banks & Gavin StGeorges
Most print shop owners are stuck in chaos—too many jobs, not enough time, and no clear plan. In this talk with Stan Banks and Gavin StGeorges, you’ll learn a simple system to cut the chaos, grow steady, and balance life with business. We’ll show how one clear calendar, simple milestones, and easy habits can bring order to your shop and your life.
You’ll walk away with practical tools to map your year, set the right priorities, and stay consistent without burning out. The goal is simple: help you run your shop smarter, not harder, and build a business that supports the life you want instead of draining it.

Stan BanksOwnerT-Shirt Side HustleAfter starting multiple hustles growing up, Stan found his place in 2011 where he pursued apparel decoration full time. Having never worked a full time job, in 2016 he obtained a security job for $10 an hour with the sole purpose of securing health insurance for his daughter. This is where he realized that this was not a sustainable income for anyone to provide for themselves let alone a family. And because of this he decided he wanted to provide a valuable option for anyone who felt the same. On January 3, 2017, he set out to teach people what allowed him to survive for the past 6 years, and T-Shirt Side Hustle was born. Stan is now one of the top influencers in the t-shirt, apparel decorating and customization market in the United States. -
